Transform any meal into a Wine Event
A Fine Wine is the first step. Then you combine it with the ideal fare to transform the meal into a “Event.” Fruit, cheeses, and chocolate make excellent meal pairings, as does a more substantial dish to go with fine wine. With every taste, sip, and repeated joy with every bite and swallow, wine magic will be happening.
- Set up. If you have enough wine glasses, use one glass per person per bottle of wine. Or, you can wash your wine glasses between each bottle of wine.
- Start with the Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’ paired with a Charcuterie Board including Salty Meats such as salami, pepperoni, and ham; Savory Meats like turkey and beef; Olives; Capers; Nuts like pecans, almonds, and cashews; Melons such as cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon; and Apple or kiwi slices.
- Continue with Nile Eddy Pinot Noir with a Salad or Appetizers such as Grilled Shrimp or a Garden Salad. Please serve the dressing on the side. A True Wine will enhance a salad and you may not want to add the dressing. Or, the flavors of the “Wine” really come through with Caesar Dressing or Blue Cheese!
- On to the Entree with Adele Zinfandel and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon along with Roast Beef, Prime Rib, Grilled Steak, Salmon, or Asian sea bass. Salt and pepper on the steak allow the meat and wine to mingle harmoniously in this Wine Magic event.
- Dessert with the Ricord Merlot and chocolate. Dark Chocolate Cake or a chocolate plate with a variety of chocolates are the best.
- Continue until you are out of wine! If you have wine left, you can continue to experiment with taste combinations.
